The coots clan It good being home, spending time with the fam and I don't even have to think about my next meal there is always food in the house. It's great!!!
Today a group of friends and my family all went out for a little backcountry tour above the local ski resort. The snow conditions less then perfect dust on crust, but the company was well worth it. It's great to just get out and make some turns without having to worry about photos, or video or in the eye of competition judges, just skiing for skiing with friends and family. It was fun to go skiing with my sister and my parents before leaving for my trip to Japan to film with sweetgrass productions next week. With the chance of snow in the forecast for the shasta area it sound be good in the coming days.

That is one great looking family! Aunt Kim - We love the hats you sent. I don't think Faith has taken hers off yet. It matches her snow outfit perfectly. I am taking Faith skiing for the first time tonight. We will see how it goes. She is sooooooo excited about it!
